When I dropped my car on Monday Antonio said he’d be in touch when it was ready. I got a text (supposedly from Antonio ) on Monday afternoon that the car was ready. When I went to the service desk he said “oh no that’s an automated thing. I didn’t text you. You car won’t be ready til tomorrow “. On Tuesday (since I didn’t want to make a repeat trip for nothing) I called and texted Antonio with no reply. When I did reach him he said “like I told you yesterday you can pick up your car anytime “today”.

I think before diagnosing a know problem you should ask the customer to check their gas cap to see if that's the problem. Not charge the $144 dollars and then say you need to tighten your cap. Also what happened to Samatha? She was an excellent employee

The service has become completely impersonal with texting being the preferred method of communication. Even with the customer in the waiting area. The final straw was the invitation to check out without any personal communication to go over a thousand dollar invoice. I understand that many transactions are going in this direction but that doesn’t mean that every thing should. Scheduling online worked. But leave it at that.
