My first impression driving in was that no one acknowledged I was there for a few minutes, where before a person would usually greet me right away. Also, I would like a better explanation of what services are recommended for a 30,000 mile maintenance. I was told only an oil change and tire rotation were needed, but later the technicians recommended an engine air filter replacement. I also found it odd that my service manager typed in my credit card number manually. Was the card reader not working?

Just a little thing that irked me, but it’s also a small detail that should have been done, in my opinion.
When I returned to grab my vehicle after it went through service, my washer fluid light was on, I’m bummed no one caught that and filled my jug up.

I was very satisfied with the service that Kate provided. She was friendly and very accommodating. But the mechanic said that there was no problem with my vehicle and the noises that I'm hearing were typical and normal for the hybrid system. I'm not 100% on board with that. My brother has a RAV4 hybrid, and I'm going to be riding from with him in the near future to see if he has the same noises.
