I remember Samantha from over the years and frequently asked her questions especially as it seems the other advisors are lacking in the same level of knowledge or ability to communicate. She makes the experience pleasant and I appreciate her candor and trustworthiness. It seems she is very down to earth and sincerely cares about other people. She would make a good sales person given her demonstrated understanding of others and empathy in addition to all these other traits.

Very excellent service your outside gentleman by the name of Leo trued to put air in tire but the service mgr told me to come back next week for a Appointment but mi could not wait a week. Had no one at home to help a flat so Leo asked if he go S a tech in back.and the service mgr said yes and they plugged a hole where a nail was found in the end all worked out and you satisfied me. The warranty I bought when buying the car from Shorkey on Mcknight Rd is becoming too difficult to get work completed… I was told work needed to be done at Shorkey in Gibsonia and their first opening isn’t for a week. So far am very unsatisfied with the assurant warranty that I purchased with this car and the service related to it.
The actual service person, Samantha, was very friendly but the solution offered was in no way convenient for me. I am hoping I am not starting over completely with Shorkey Gibsonia…. She wrote

A little surprised with the response I received regarding a concern with a “ stop sign “ notification on my dash when there was no stop sign. The explanation I received when car was completed was “ the car was made that way others are complaining about the same , it’s just how it was made “
