When I started my car, it didn't feel right. I didn't think nothing of it because logically when visiting a car shop to get service, it is assumed to trust that the mechanic does the servicing correctly. Shortly after driving several miles the check engine light came on. I had to stop at a gas station and check under the hood myself. The person who had to drive my car the parking spot would have, rather should have known something was wrong upon just starting the car, assuming they were an expert. I noticed a hose was unplugged. I plugged it back in, but my warning lights are still on. I paid almost 300 dollars to have my car returned to me in an unsatisfactory state. Luckily it is drivable still, because I rely on my car for work and traveling. I am sure if an employee paid almost 300 dollars to have their car serviced with the same mechanic, this would have not happened because they would have took the time to double check that what they touched was reconnected.

Told it was a 2 hour wait which was fine but it ended up being 3 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Went to the service advisor desk myself and saw he was with someone but the other 2 guys had no one and my keys were just sitting there. Don’t want to imagine how long I waited unnecessarily. Worst visit in my 5 years of going here
