My car been there sine June 1st. I called and call for Scott and never got a return call until today. He called me the first day my car was there and said $1900.00 for the work , I declined too expensive. He said let's see what we can do about getting the box I needed price lower and I never heard anything back until today. I received a text message my car was ready and Scott called me said your car ready, I said how is it ready and I never agreed to anything. He said let me find out whats going on and call you back. He called me back but I could not talk due to at work.I took off work to get there to pick my car up and Scott tells me my car was never worked on he thought it was completelld because he had been out for a funeral. I lost money taking off early jjust to find out car still not ready. I stiĺ not happy. Scott said all work will be done for 1k no tax and that is a discount and he threw in an oil change. I understand he was out due to funeral and gave my condolences but someone should have took over my file while Scott was out. I calked everyday and kept waiting for a return call. Also the people that answer the phone are not empathetic and unconcerned. I expected betrer se4vice from the dealership. Unhappy customer.
