Complaining about the whole experience got my car back from oil change in April and found no oil or fluids in any, Radiator, had to buy Freon and Oil to keep in order for return then was stated a Radiator leak but no proof, spent 1000.00 for Rafiator, got car back with food left in car, Windshield wiper fluid completely empty had to purchase that then found women fingernail kit, not mine, and a man intimate item in my car compartment . I am still so outdone, I have been with you for years and never had a complaint. My heart is heavy that you would treat a customer with such disgain

There seemed to be confusion when we showed up with the service team not knowing we had an appointment which was scheduled by the Sales team to install accessories. A 1 hr appointment turned into 3. We also did not receive the packet to take home for Crystal Fusion. We also had to ask for a copy of the receipt showing that the work was performed.
