I was charged for my oil change when I still had Bommarito care left. The wait was long after car was complete. A customer was being difficult dropping their car off. I called and was told I’m getting a refund. Hopefully, all is good now.

I took off work a half day to have 2 tires checked & possibly replace -back passenger and front driver side. I was not late. I sat for 3 hours finally I went to check the status, Bob said he was trying to get back to me to no avail. He mentioned one of the tires should be replaced but it was different kind. I don’t want mixed match tires. He said one could be delivered tomorrow. Due to staffing I can’t take off. He confirmed that the tires would not go flat after I asked him to just put the tires back on. I’m proud to be a Toyota owner, and this is my 3rd Toyota but this experience was not good at all. I even bragged to my boss who bought a Lexus several months ago and she loves it. I know it gets busy, and I hate to think that the Toyotas’ top notch service is slipping. When I got home I seriously had sit down and decompress from this experience. Thank you.

Following up on my visit managed by Leland- 3 weeks ago on 3/18/26 my 4 runner was in for service. I was to receive a return phone call for a repair on the factory radio under warranty. I’d like to get an update on this.
