I had to request a different sales person to complete my sale at this car dealership. The first I came, drove a car that was actually sold. I parked the vehicle. And walked away and was looking at another vehicle. The sales person told me to get back in the vehicle and drive it where I tell you to drive it. Then I actually test drove another vehicle. I came back and made some extremely rude comments to me because I want to compare the 4 runner to the Honda passport. I came back the next day and requested another sales person and just wanted the experience over. Not what I expected when spending $40 thousand dollars down on a vehicle.

Terrible service. Won’t be coming back. Have gone here for over 5 years. Had an appt for 12:45 and didn’t leave until after 2:30. The only service I was getting was a tire rotation so a quick service. After waiting almost 2 hours they came out to say they couldn’t even do the service. Unbelievable and not acceptable at all. Our business will be going elsewhere.
