My father recently brought my car in for new tire installation. The installation itself was completed successfully. However, there were some unforeseen delays in the service due to a large number of customers, miscommunication from service advisors, and a scheduling conflict with the delivery of the tires. Also, the courtesy car service was not available, which meant he was unable to leave the shop for 4.5 hours to pick me up from an appointment I had while the work was being performed. He did appreciate the popcorn and ice cream available at the shop, as well as the politeness of the service advisors. We both understand the reasons for yesterday's delays with our scheduled service. I simply wanted to share this experience in the hope that it might assist in making adjustments for future periods of high demand. We truly value and appreciate your staff and the services they offer, and we intend to continue being your customers.

Talk to the first technician and received a price of the service then was later switched talking to another technician that ringed me up and added another $40 to the price and if not catching that I would have been over charged. Now I am also getting charged the credit fees without being notified up front.

With an appointment, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete a tire rotation. I have never had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a tire rotation/inspection.

My first and last service at this dealership. After scheduled 5k service, I waited for 2 hours to get it completed. When vehicle service completed the hood wasn’t locked, the service alert in the vehicle was not reset, fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not adjusted. I am not sure if the tire were rotated as indicated in service performed in the summary of service. Not sure what service was performed that took 2 hours to complete. No manager to complain to either. I can’t trust you with my and my vehicle safety.
