Terrible experience. Car was brought in to have the driver’s window trim with an estimate of 1 hour - it took 2+ hours. The trim piece was discolored/stained and I have yet found a cleaner to restore the shine. The was returned dirtier than when it arrived with smudges and film over all the adjacent body panels and windows. No carwash at this dealership like most others these days?!? And to top it off - the piece removed was left on the roof and as I turned onto Dunn Road it flew off into traffic with a loud scraping noise across the roof. I left a message with the service manager to call me without success so far…

I scheduled a tire rotation , fluids checked and oil change , I had and appointment for 12:30, I didn’t leave until 2:30 and they didn’t rotate my tires but charged me for that and I will be expecting a refund . I know my tires weren’t rotated because the front drivers has a slow leak and it’s still on the front drivers . They kept me there for hours trying to up sell me on services instead preforming the one I scheduled, totally unacceptable, after I declined extra services my car was out in 30 mins . Did they even change my oil and check my fluids ? Cause my tires sure weren’t rotated and I have a patch on the passengers & charging 60 to change a cabin air filter should be criminal , it’s a shame that women customers get taken advantage of like this and I will be expecting a refund for my tire rotation!

I have been told by 2 service techs Toyota recommends an oil change on my vehicle every 5000 miles. I was told today that Toyota recommends every 10,000. I looked it up, Toyota recommends 10,000. So I have been mislead into buying extra oil changes. I have received a fuel induction service twice within 15000 miles. Toyota recommends every 30,000. I am being tricked into buying extra services that are not needed. On top of the one time I had coupon and they never applied it.
