I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told the visit would be for a recall service and tire rotation, which was fine with me. However, after leaving I noticed I'm still getting the warning message that service will is due soon. After looking at the oil maintenance sticker from my last visit it shows I have an oil change due in 16 miles. I hope thats not the case. I dont have time to come for an additional service when I was just there and told it wasn't needed. I would appreciate if someone gave me a call to discuss this issue.

I had an 11:00 appointment and at 2:00 I was informed my car had not made it to the back and not sure if or when it would be done. Wesley Chapel Toyota wasted 3 hours of my time/day. My car was there for a recall, my 2nd appointment and it’s still not completed.
