The service department was excellent and the service was good. My only complaint is with the sales department, who took me out of the service waiting area to try to sell me a vehicle. I told them I wasn't interested, but they kept insisting and even checked my credit when I said I didn't want one. The sales manager even came to try to convince me, which I didn't appreciate, and I've been considering finding another service center because of that. Thank you.

The service was quick, and communication regarding basic checks was clear. However, I must express significant concern regarding the pricing for recommended maintenance services, specifically when compared head-to-head with another official Toyota dealership (Lakeland Toyota). For the same critical maintenance items, the pricing disparity is not just high—it is dramatically uncompetitive within the OEM network: Brake Fluid Exchange: Wesley Chapel quoted $289.00. Lakeland Toyota quoted $145.00 for the exact same service, using the same OEM parts/standards. This is a difference of $144.00 (nearly double the price). Transmission Fluid Change: Similarly, the quote for the transmission fluid change at Lakeland Toyota was less than half the price offered by Wesley Chapel. When faced with hundreds of dollars in savings for essential, non-negotiable maintenance, the logical choice is to take my vehicle to the dealership offering the competitive price, even if it requires a longer drive. I strongly urge the management team to review and adjust their service pricing to remain competitive against other certified Toyota service centers in the region. Until this disparity is addressed, I cannot recommend Wesley Chapel for major jobs.

Went for a regular service appointment at Wesley chapel Toyota and totally disappointed with the customer service. On arrival, I informed that I want a full inspection on oil check , tire check and other regular maintenance and most specifically the check on battery as I had to jump start the car recently once. (Toyota RAV4 2019) 1. The inspection was done only for the battery and they said I had to replace it and the quote was $650+ tax - so I declined stating I have to check other places before I make a decision - few minutes later the service representative came up to me and said “I see you have declined for the new battery and approved for corrosion clearing - there is no point of doing that”. And he also said “I’ll bring your car to the front and you can take it and leave” in a very RUDE tone. I asked if he did the remaining checks like oil change and tire inspection he responded bluntly “we did visible inspection” and I again asked if everything else was ok ? And did not get any proper response. what kind of response is that for a customer who had a genuine doubt. Later - He just got my signature and asked me to leave. The way I was treated is so rude. During the conversation there was no usage of words like “please” or “thank you” which any service associate would generally use. I can share the name of the representative if someone from your team reaches me for the complaint I have raised here. Don’t want to ruin his reputation publicly. But what I experienced today was extreme displeasure with the way he answered my questions. 2. Entering the car I also noticed they didn’t even remove or replace the sticker on the windshield which still had old sticker with a date mentioning my next service is due on 08/01/2024 and we are at end of 2025 3. I’m sure they didn’t even do any proper checks on the remaining checks as requested. And when I declined the overpriced quote . They simply asked me to leave. 4. I checked the quote for battery replacement for my car in Toyota Brandon they checked my model, ViN and said it would cost only $190+ tax and here in Wesley Chapel Toyota I was given an estimate of $650+tax. 5. Usually while scheduling for a service appointment I select the option any agent or representative in a hope that every agent will handle their customer in a welcoming way but today I learned a lesson that we have to check the reviews of the agent and then make the reservation. 6. On the whole extremely disappointed with the customer service experience, will never visit this place ever again for sure
