He calmly explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and did not seemed bothered, if he had to explain it multiple times. He took his time doing so and answered any and every question I had. I was there for several hours (7 a.m-2:30 p.m) so obviously my phone was running very low on battery and he even went out of his way to find me a charger to charge my phone while I continued to wait on my vehicle.

Amanda was great but you guys need to manage your schedule you took 4 hours to do an oil change
