When you have an appointment for an oil change and you get there early, it should not take 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to be done.

I am not happy because for 3 hours sat through for you guys not to do nothing to my car. I asked if gonna be charged for tired rotation and said no and then car was finished and charged 36. For that service when I had appointment at 1pm and sat there for 3 hours. On top of that the last visited the lady I had was say we reset your tired señor now supposed it something eles then give me a list that the air cabinet filter and air filter had to be changed when it was changed two days prior getting there so that means that you’re Guy didnt do a great job checking the stuff in the car he just put down whatever he felt like putting down usually I am happy with you guys but this two times that I’ve been there I’m very disappointing with you guys service
