First-time customer here, and Mason absolutely crushed it. I showed up with my wife’s Toyota Sienna for a regular service… plus a laundry list of stuff I’d been procrastinating on (typical guy move). No appointment, no problem—Mason got me in, handled everything the van needed including a recall, and made the whole thing painless. Friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. If anyone deserves cookies, it’s Mason—hope his manager is paying attention!

This is the second time I have had Cesar as my Service Advisor since beginning my customership here at WC Toyota. And neither have been good. Granted, the first was in summer 23, when he was fairly new, and until now, there is obvious growth in his customer service. However, one thing did really aggravate me about my visit on Tuesday. We scheduled a 5,000 mile service, basically the 20 point check and the tire rotation. Then the morning of, Cesar advised me that I was getting a service (which I agreed to), and waited on the text for the initial garage feedback. Once I received the text, I noticed that I somehow agreed to (so partially my fault) an oil change, despite reserving my session for just a tire rotation and inspection, also even though I did not need an oil change since I use synthetic. Shortly after I found Cesar and advised him, and he quickly without any issue went back to the garage to cancel the oil change. It still took some time for him (I also acknowledge he had multiple customers) to get to me on the update, and in the end, it seemed like he reached the techs before they changed the oil. So long story short, I wish in both experiences he had more of a hustle to communicate to customers versus my observation of him moving at his own pace. I also wish I didn’t feel bad for missing what my Service Advisor also missed, in that, I came in for a tire rotation, yet somehow I agreed to a oil change. I wish the best for Cesar, and I hope he receives the advice to improve his skills. I also don’t want to ever have him as my Advisor ever again. Either way I am overall very pleased with WC Toyota, and have zero plans to change to the Tampa location. Thank you.
