More and more unhappy with the service customer experience there. I get that extra emergent service requires more waiting time along with certain other maintenance items being covered, but other than my SA texting me with those items we were never once updated on the status of the veh or ETR. Thus waiting and wondering even more. And this has not been the first occurrence. I wish my time and money spent were valued there and at least afforded an update. Really once again unhappy and has gone into our decision to not purchasing another Toyota vehicle to avoid this service dept.

Took 4 hours to complete an oil change and recall rectification, arrived at 1p for a 1p appt, work wasn’t even begun until approximately 4p and completed by 5p. Made numerous calls to service contact’s voicemail and through main office number between 3p and 4:45p with zero response or feedback. Have no intention of having any of my vehicles serviced at this facility again.

you need to stop abusing your employees because they complain they are way too busy and they don’t have time to really speak to you about anything. That abuse trickles down from management to poor Customer Service because your employees are so busy that they can’t see straight.
