After 90 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, I had still heard nothing back regarding any items that may need attention after the multi point inspection. I checked in with the service advisor and she stated that the ticket appeared to be open by the technician and should have an update shortly. 30 minutes later, I finally received some feedback. It was quite disappointing to wait two hours into my appointment to learn of anything else that I would have to stay additional time for. Seem to defeat the purpose of an appointment if it’s going to take two hours to hear anything back. My vehicle was finally completed an hour after that. Three hours total for the inspection and a rotation/alignment.

First time the issue with rear hatch was brought up a couple of months ago and parts were supposed to be ordered and we were supposed to be notified. That did not happen. So when an issue with radio came up we asked about the hatch. They had the parts and replaced them. Waiting now on replacement radio. Follow-up on parts and notifications to customer needs to improve. This is the second Highlander we have bought and both have had an issue with hatchback we are a loyal Wesley chapel Toyota family and have bought over a dozen vehicles from you still are and always will be

Overall, Tyrell did a great job communicating and keeping me up-to-date on my vehicle through text and phone calls. Scheduling department did not do what I requested. I specifically requested an appointment with Rick Davis. I was not notified that he was on vacation until Tyrell contacted me about the required maintenance and service recommended for my vehicle. Had I known Rick was on vacation, I would’ve scheduled upon his return. Rick has been our advisor for years and knows everything about our vehicles, including our extended warranties.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ADVISER I made the appointment and I asked for oil change,a seatbelt malfunction and to replace a tire that was blown up.
I dropped off the car at night since I live 45 min away and was never called instead they called my husband which he didn’t know what all the car needed.I been a loyal Toyota customer since 2018.
I called 3 times to talk to my service advisor and I asked all 3 times to give me call to discuss the situation,I never got a callback they sent a video to my husbands cell phone and a bill of 1900,00 for repairs
5 pm they said car was ready to be picked up up and again I never got a call husband got a text.
I arrive to pick up car and my service advisor was busy not once I spoke to him somebody else asked to help me since I was standing by his desk.
He pulled my car up and I was giving a paperwork.
I read the paperwork the oil change was not done
I went back in and at this time he didn’t have anyone with him I asked why he never called me back to talk about my car he said he didn’t know and I asked why the oil change was not done and he said he didn’t know.
Just wow!!
What happened to walked you to your vehicle and see everything that was done before you leave????
I’ll never be back Wesley chapel Toyota you Need to hire better customer service staff and people that care not incompetent people.
