I do not find it satisfactory that it takes me over an hour and a half to get my 25,000 mile maintenance visit that is included the purchase of my vehicle. I’ve had appointments in the past and been out of there in 20 to 25 minutes. I had an appointment yesterday, and was told it was a two hour back up. I find that unacceptable for an appointment time.

Although the service process was easy and quickly d9ne, the costs for oil change, rotation and balancing is astronomical and severely over priced. I probably will have it done elsewhere going forward. So sad you're overcharging your regular customers.

Daman Griswold was great he make sure he kept updating me on my service of my car even tho they were delayed 2 hrs + but he kept ensuring that I didn’t forget about me and kept telling me when my car was being brought in for service those little things matters instead of just sitting in the waiting area and not hear from anyone he went on to reassure me that they didn’t forget m… he was excellent

Damien was great, easy to work with and did not pressure me to service I didn’t want. My constant struggle and complaint with your location is time for service to be completed. I was told 1.5-2 hours which into 3.5 hours for an oil change and alignment. 100% unacceptable. You guys need to get your services done faster. My wife completely stopped taking her vehicle to your location because you take too long. Honestly, if I didn’t have lifetime purchases through your location I would go elsewhere as well.
