A full two hours for an oil change. The customer rep informed me at check in that service was running long. It would have been better if the person that set the appointment would have told me about their shortage of personnel. This is why customers do not return to dealers for their maintenance.

The actual service was good — they replaced the correct lightbulb (the one for when the car is in reverse). However, the communication wasn’t great. I had an appointment and dropped off my car at 9:30 AM, and I was told it would take a maximum of 2 hours. After 3 hours passed with no updates, I called them, and only then did they seem to take action. Coincidentally, the car was ready about an hour later — which is roughly how long it should have taken in the first place. I understand there can be backlogs, but if that’s the case, what’s the point of making an appointment or giving an estimated time? Also, considering the simplicity of the work done, the price felt way too high. Overall, while the job was completed properly, the communication and pricing left me disappointed.

I explained to the person what I needed when I made the appt but hog. Different story when I arrived. The rescheduled for next week and I had to insist to get them to do oil chg today. Did not appreciate sales calling me re purchasing or trading my car!!! They were not aware of coverage I have for round trip service got next week when the said they need my car all day. Added a lot of extra work they wanted to do today. At end had me sign two papers and covered details so not visible what I was signing. :(
