I don’t understand making an appointment, getting there on time, and still waiting 3hours for an oil change. The idea of an appointment is to not wait around. The idea of the appointment is that you will be ready for me when I get there. If you need 3 hours from my appointment time to be ready, then tell me to come three hours later.

Very rude people when I went to drop my car off they couldn't speak English I couldn't understand English when you first pull up to customer service. The lady in the rental department was very very rude to me. I didn't even get out of the car lot when I rented a vehicle they called me back right away it's like they don't want me to rent a vehicle for overnight because my appointment is at four I brought it in about nine I had a place to go and we missed our two appointments this morning because of them they told me when I called and made an appointment Dakota said everything would be ready and you wouldn't have to worry about everything and all you have to do is come and get your car and your rental car would be there waiting for you wouldn't have to fill out any paperwork which was a lie
