The fact that you get charged $40 for topping off nitrogen tires is a bit ridiculous. If I wasn’t heading out for a trip out of state, I would’ve told you guys to stuff it. On top of it in charge of the disposal fee when I’m only getting nitrogen added to my tires is an absolute rip off. I honestly will never use your dealership to buy a vehicle or sell one ever again. Aside from that I’m also going to be posting on social media about this on multiple platforms.

it took 4 1/2 hours to get a oil change and a tire rotation that’s way too long when you have an appointment. I had an 8:45 appointment got there at 8:30 and didn’t leave until 1:15 almost 1:30, I had to ask for updates throughout the day, never given unless I asked and I had to ask for multi inspection sheet at the end which normally that’s given automatically.

During my service I had to have a tire replaced. The tire that was put on was not the same as the other 3.Very disappointed in having mismatched tires. Richard said he would look into getting the correct tire. Have not heard anything yet.
