Today I took my Toyota Tundra 2025 for service. I told my service advisor (Gracen) that I was feeling tire vibration coming from the truck. He immediately told me I had to pay over $180.00 dollars just for them to check the truck (a new truck under warranty) told them I never experienced this type of service and none ever told me this before. Usually and most of the time when you go to a place with a concern, they test drive the car first at no charge and once they problem has been confirmed the dealer or shop comes to you with service options either under warranty or out of pocket. After I told Gracen I didn't want to pay the $180 dollars just for them to look at it....he immediately, deleted my concern from his service form and send the vehicle on his way for the other issue I had brought the vehicle for, which was a dash light covered under the manufacturer warranty. So, the tire issued wasn't even written on the service form just because I didn't want to pay the $180.00 dollars for them just to look at it. Very bad service and very unprofessional. They are just here for the money. They try to get you here in service - be careful. I told him I may need an alignment, and he said that wasn't the problem. I hate when a service advisor acts like if he was a mechanic and knows it all without even checking the vehicle.

Not a good experience that started from when we showed up to the lack of communication when you had my car, to not getting a phone call today from the service advisor or service manager (that we asked for when we picked up our car) to now our lift gate not working again (the reason we asked for communication from our service advisor the day of but didn’t get and then asked for a call today from the service manager). We brought the concerns up about the lift gate after he said they did the same thing twice because the first time they did it, didn’t fix it. Very disappointed.

Jared provided uber services for me. Total care for my vehicle was about 4 and a half hours. Being able to go home n rest instead of waiting made my day. Jared was also able to apply coupons to my bill. Reducing my out of pocket expenses. This too made my day. It’s these little things that help. As a fixed income elderly Toyota owner, I appreciate and thank Toyota for providing professional services.

I have taken my car to be checked twice for the same issue. Since the first time I took my car Daniel didn’t care about my concern. He didn’t even know that my car had heated seats even though i told him repeatedly it did. He completely dismissed my concern since he was 100% it didn’t have it. I had to ask another person that was working there to help me to let Daniel know that they were heated seats. He did not even apologize for his lack of knowledge. If you work for toyota and the concern is that the seats feel hot, the rep should know the features of the car and not ignore the client. When i made my second appointment I asked for a different representative and I was assigned to Rich but when I arrived I was greeted by Daniel saying “oh you again!” Greeting a customer this way does not seem appropriate. After dropping my car overnight the next day, Friday, Daniel called and advised me the tech did not find anything, to come in Saturday anytime between 7-5 to go on a drive with the Toyota tech to figure out the unexplained hot seat. I arrived first thing Saturday morning and was told 1. Daniel was off, 2. The technician had instructed no need for a drive with client. I do not live 5 minutes from the dealership. I wasted time and gas money to come out with no resolution or my car. Had to wait until Tuesday to get my car back and no outcome. Overall my experience was terrible.

Alex did a great job getting my vehicle repaired. The only thing I had a problem was watching the valet driving my vehicle fast in the garage area, this was a warranty issue and the vehicle was dirty. Maybe take it thru the drive thru and run a vacuum to clean it after the repairs. Plus I had almost a full tank of gas when I dropped it off and it is at three quarter tank. Alex did a great job keeping me informed of the repair timeline and the work that needed to be done. Thank you Alex!!! ????

I would have appreciated being informed in person about the additional recommendations instead of just a text to which I could not ask questions. The advisor waited for me to go to his desk & it was assumed I was declining the items. I do much better with face to face communication with an explanation regarding any additional suggestions.
