The service department supervisor did an incredible job. It was her last day with you. I can’t believe you let her get away. She’s the best you’ve ever had. I’ve been a customer for many years. Also, I appreciate the clean well appointed ladies bathroom.

Found damage to the front of my car that wasn’t there before I pulled it into your service area. It’s right of the driver side fog light. Also found stickers stuck to the metal part on my driver side windshield wiper blade. Remnants of the previous inspection sticker that was scraped off from the inside of the windshield. I got most of the stickers off, but there’s still some left on the windshield wiper metal holder.

I dropped off my vehicle before 8:30 a.m.,and was told that my vehicle would be ready by 1:00 p.m.. I never received any updates during my service and nobody contacted me to let me know it wasn't going to be ready at 1:00. I had to call to get an update and nobody had started on my vehicle yet. I was told they would try to get it started soon. I was not contacted when it was finished. I had to message about the status of my vehicle and was finally told it was finished.
