They would not accept the credit card that I had on file because I was unable to come there as I had been food poison, poisoned. I sent my son and my husband wanted to use his credit card and they wouldn’t allow them to do that over the phone so my son had to use his credit card to pick up my car. Upon picking up my car as previously noted, my Air Conditioning did not kick on. Finally he received service from someone and the air conditioner kicked on maybe 10 minutes after it was on.

UPDATE 6/19: I had responded earlier with a “not satisfied” review regarding my repair and want to change to “satisfied.” I would like to let you know Dan called and left a detailed message with my repair information and I am completely satisfied now with the work that was done. I misunderstood the repair that was done at the time (my fault not Dan’s). I was just frustrated with the fact that oil is still leaking after spending over $3,000. Brought car in for leak that I have been told about at the last several services (been coming here for many years with 3 vehicles). I was told it was the transmission box that was leaking (you can see in my many reports). Got a call later that day saying both oil and transmission were leaking. Asked which is more urgent. He stated oil. Never once has anyone mentioned my oil pan was leaking but felt I could only afford one repair at $3,500 for one couldn’t afford another $3,500 for the ****. However, i brought it back a couple if says later due to a significant amount of oil on my driveway. They looked at it and said it was my transmission box and it would be $4,200 to repair. So, I did some research and asked some mechanics and feel confident that the oil pan wasn’t leaking but the transmission was leaking running down the oil pan. So, i don't know what to do. Oil continues to leak and I feel that I paid for a repair that wasn’t needed or the wrong repair. Thank you for your time.
