Vehicle was kept over the weekend for “detailing” but once picked up car was not clean at all !! Even after Eric Perez himself said he had checked it. Erick told me to just take the rental again but I had moved stuff that was in the trunk and did not wanna have to move it back. It’s ridiculous to have kept my car that long at it NOT be returned as promised. For the millionth time !! This is not the first !! Second or fourth time !!! I’m sure I’m the issue and y’all just do this to upset me. I’m sure it’s because I’m a woman !

Fues desagradable la atención ese dia fui por una goma pinchada llegue ala 2 y 37 me atendieron aproximadamente ala 1 y cuarto le dije emiliano fue quien me atendió de un problema que tenia mi vehículo de favrica safety recalls, me dijo que si lo podían arreglar deje mi vehículo me dijo que en 4 hora regrese ala 5 y aun no estava listo espere por una hora mas y cuando me lo regresaron me dijo que lo sentía que solo le pudieron cambiar el neumatico, que el sistema se avia caído y no pudieron arreglar lo del safety recall que me regresara cuamdo pudiera ,mi pregunta es 6hora para cambiar un neumáticos es desagradable la experiencia
