I was sent a text that my vehicle was done. When you are supposed to let me know when the part comes in. The part that is needed because an employee of yours backed my truck into a pole. And I have my vehicle I am waiting to hear when the part arrives. I tried to call for an update. Was told I’d be transferred to the service advisor and was sent to an automated system that only asked me to leave a message and I would be contacted. I was not. Then I get this text asking if I’m satisfied. No. I’m not

When I dropped off the truck for maintenance and a few repairs on it, we requested if we could get a ride back to work they asked for us to take a seat at the lobby. We sat there for 40 minutes, decided to go up to the counter with the service writer and he told us that there was nobody available to give us a ride back that we would have to just pay for an Uber out of our pocket when we picked it up. It had the same lube sticker that kind of tells me that the maintenance never got done on it.
