While driving across country with my family the window on the back hatch to my 2015 Sequoia can loose and we had no where to turn. We had made it from Alabama to Oklahoma and knew our longest stop would be in Las Vegas. So, I called the Toyota dealership and was introduced to Dan who will forever be our savior for making this trip memorable and not a disaster. When we arrived in Las Vegas Dan was quick to assure me that we had found the best. We dropped the Sequoia off and were in a loaner in no time. All time to spend with the family was saved. Dan worked tirelessly trying to find the part to fix the window but was unable due to a national back order of the part. However, he did not stop there. He worked with his mechanics to ensure we wouldn’t be let down. He gave us several options for a fix to get us back on the road and back to Alabama safely. With the window secured we were able to make the next 3000 miles of our trip with confidence. I cannot thank Dan and the people of Las Vegas Toyota enough. You will forever be our family and we are grateful for all that you do. You truly are the best and we are grateful to have met you all. For those of you who were working behind the scenes that we did not get to thank, we are grateful for you too. Thank you for being the shining light of the automotive industry and for reminding us that there is a family in the Toyota brand. With our deepest gratitude we are safely back home in Alabama. The repair was fine but I'm not sure why I waited 2 hours before being told the part was not available and I had to come back.

I have been a customer for 16 years. Generally I have been pleased with the service. My bill came to well over $5,000. I didn’t feel Mike told me what the problem was in simple language. I felt he wanted to move on to his next customer and to hell with my situation. I am on social security so this was huge for me to deal with. Said I would be given a loaner. Another guy said 2 loaners should be coming in. I waited a few hours. Finally I went to find Mike for help only to learn he had gone home. Didn’t even check on me. Had to scramble to find what to do. Did get a dealers vehicle. Not really happy

I just want to say Eric and Justin were professional, understanding and customer focused. The entire experience from before we pulled on the lot to the time we picked our vehicle up was nothing but excellent. We will be having all of our future service at Toyota of Las Vegas from now on. Best dealership experience ever!

From my drive home, no issues thus far. I trust the matter has been solved. But as you've explained, there's a one year warranty. Besides, I have a 3 year lease so, and correct me if I'm wrong, I'd likely be covered during the lease period? Just the same, thank you to you and your staff for a fine job!
