They told me filter was included in the pricing by multiple people with a drain and fill. When I got there and they had my car they then said it doese not come included and that has to be in a flush package which $200 more.

It took 20 mins to drop off the truck for the 1st service. Noone greeted me and when I stopped someone to ask for help they told me can't help you your appointment is with Benny. But Benny was nowhere to be seen. I had to go ask for the service manager only to be told he wasn't there. The assistant service manager was there. When Benny noticed I was speaking with the manager he rushed over to my truck.
