Brought my 2018 Tacoma in to have alternator checked. Told it was fine. Asked for a shuttle back to dealership. No problem. Will be there shortly. 2 1/2 hrs later no driver. Half a dozen calls. Ended up paying for an Uber. After wasting half my afternoon still charged for the diagnosis. Never was told there would be a charge for no repair. No problem. I didn’t argue but I won’t be back.

Michael McDermott must/has to be the best representative for Toyota ever. I have a Toyota dealer less than a mile and walking distance from my house.
