The young lady that first talked to me did not speak clear English and was very inappropriately dressed. Juan was very hard to understand and missed spelled name and address on the work order. When finished and they brought my vehicle to me, I had to re-adjust the seat, mirrors, steering wheel and radio station. The steering wheel felt oily. There were hand prints on the side of my truck. The tires were not properly inflated. I hope I never have to return to your dealership. I called and asked for the Service Manager to call, but he has not.

Came in for 10k service and let them know about bumper clips on my camry bad from factory. This is a documented problem toyota has on these cars. They passed it up the chain and I haven't heard back

if someone has an appointment you would think you’d take care of that customer in a timely manner and if for some reason there would be delays they should have at least the common courtesy to tell the customer it’s going to be over a 3 hr wait for an oil change
