Didn’t fix anything. Which was apparently was due to a subpar battery ( on my behalf). The problem is I waited 2.5 hours. I was also sent me back and forth with paperwork due to “ my car not being ready” even though zero services were performed. Kelly didn’t even try to apologize.

The service itself was great except for every single time I leave the facility. My property is not left the same way I come in. Someone keeps disconnecting my dash cam without reconnecting it when I get back in my vehicle. This is definitely a liability if a car accident happens and a customers unaware of the disconnection.

I went to have some lights reset in the dashboard on my vehicle, I got charged $221.00 and didn't get the lights reset, I was told that I need to go back to the place where I got the repairs done on my var to get that fixed, waited 3 ½ hours to not getting the service done, they could have told me at arrival that, and wouldn't have wasted my time.and money.
