Mike is great. Super helpful and knowledgeable. However I’ve found that every time I DON’T speak to him directly I get bad information about the length of time the service on my truck will take. The Monday appointment was set up with someone else (didn’t catch his name), and I wasn’t expecting it to take 4 hours.
I don’t live nearby so it’s an issue when I’m not planning on parking my **** for a half day for servicing.
