Danny was the best service representative I’ve worked with since I purchased my car in 2017. He really listened to me when I explained the problems the car was having, and even helped resolve an issue with ordering a part that a previous representative dropped the ball on. His communication was speedy and thorough. I’m not going to lie, after my previous experience, I was considering no longer bringing my car here for service, but Danny completely turned that around. I cannot emphasize how great it was working with and I very much hope he gets extra recognition for his skills!

They rushed me back to return the loaner. I’ve never had an issue with Lexus before and I was in shocked that they told me they needed the loaner asap because they are short on loaner vehicles even though I had a family emergency where my mom had dislocated her hip and I was caring for her all I asked for if they could give me a week because my brother couldn’t come from Vegas the next day because he was finishing a job out there. I really wish this Lexus Dealership would’ve been a bit more understanding. I won’t be returning here for any service because of the fact that they weren’t compassionate.
