First of all it was obvious that if you drive into the service area with a car that is not a Lexus that you will not get the quick attention as the Lexus drivers. I made an appointment and it still took 6 hours to get the paint protectant coating done on the Toyota Corolla I purchased from your dealership. I drove from the LAX area so it was a very long day waiting for such a service. Danny Mata was very professional and Isaac **** very helpful. But it felt that there was no priority to take care my car compared to the other customers.

Team Technician did not want to help service my vehicle because of rat being stuck in air compressor I had to take it to a detail shop who had a mechanic of their own take it out and sanitize the area I feel like that was something that could of been done at Lexus seeing how I get service done exclusively with you guys and had just picked up my car the day before for service repairs over 1200 dollars

I waited in the customer service area while my car was being worked on. I didn’t mind doing this as I was working. I was promised the car at 11 AM. I was pleasantly surprised at 10:12 AM to receive a text that my car was ready and I should proceed to the cashier. I did so. Then I went outside to collect my car. It took 30 minutes until I actually got my car. My understanding is the delay was the notification was sent when my primary service was complete but the car was in the car wash.
Change in practice is necessary. The text to the customer should not come until the car is actually ready to be picked up. I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting where I could’ve continued working. In the end, I got my car before the 11 AM promised time but I wasted 30 minutes.
