Joshua Yu is an excellent advisor, always communicative, and helpful. I’m not happy with the level of service here however. Several times I have had to go back because they did not do something correctly. I can give examples if anyone wants to contact me. Seems they just aren't thorough here and really have little to no concern for customer satisfaction.

They took my amp off my back of my seat, which was not needed to be taken off because it wasn’t even the seat that was jammed and never put it back on my seat just threw it in my trunk upside down now I have to pay to get it put back on.

This is my second lease with Whittier of Toyota of course I take my vechiles in to the dealership for all services Today was my first service on my RAV 4 SE 2025 And service was quick but they didn’t even give me a quick rinse my car was dusty and windows were filthy but nothing was touch I realize your not in business to wash cars Yet other dealerships I’ve delt with have always provided a quick rinse wash which makes it very pleasant for the customer other than that all was good

Joshua was absolutely amazing from the minute I walked in. Answered all of my questions, was able to fit me in their schedule and gave me an exact estimate time my car would be ready. He also was able to get me a ride to and from Toyota of Whittier. Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.
