Josh was great always attentive. The female that called on his behalf was not. She was rude and gave no care for the issue at hand. All her suggestions were pure trash and didn’t even make sense. Poor customer service by her. I wish to never deal with her again. Do better Toyota of whitter.

I was told 70-90 minutes.
It was over 2 hrs for a tire rotation and oil change.
If I knew it was going to be that long I would have asked for a car service to go home and be warm and change clothing.
It was cold inside.
When I said something I was told well that’s why I said get here before 3:30. I replied I did get here before then. I had an appointment.
When I looked, after he said it would be 20 min at that time, I see they finally moved my car and put it up and started servicing it….but only after I had said something, had paid, etc.
I want to k ow when I go somewhere that I’m not going to be gaslighted and told well if you had done this then it would have been done earlier otherwise it takes 2 days…
The length of time was not my fault.
And 2 days for oil change and tire rotation I think not
If that’s the case I will go somewhere else from now on

Car still making noise. Was overcharged. Scheduling dept and service department offer conflicting pricing. Was told by one I was not do for 30000 because I did that at last visit in November then once I brought car in was told full 30000 wasn’t done last time and I had to pay another $430 to complete it.

I wasn't informed that I needed to drive my car for at least 50 on the freeway ,before I take it to be smoked. I took it in it failed .this is the 3rd time I have taken my car in .dealing with the check engine light. I guess it time for me to take it somewhere else. Please take me off your mailing list.
