Service advisor was great. My appointment was 7:00 am for an oil change and radiator flush. Took 3 1/2 hours to complete. I was waiting there. Seems a little excessive?

I am very satisfied with the New Service Manager and Anthony for taking the time to listen to my concerns and in the end fixing the issue that was wrong with my new vehicle, only a year old with 12k miles. I picked up my car today 12/5/2025 and I don’t hear any rubbing or grinding noses anymore. Factory defect. I may not be a mechanic, but I am an experience driver and have had several new vehicles before. I really like my Corolla Cross but hated what I was experiencing. Thanks to them both, I walked away confident and happy that my vehicle is restored. I appreciate those who show up and provide great service.
