First off I received a text adding $130 to change my cabin filter. On the invoice it said approved by me. I changed the cabin filter last week so I had to call and have them put my new one back in. When the car was delivered to me the passenger side seat was laying all the way down and the contents of the glove box was in the seat. This seems to be a pattern at your facility. Last time I did service there both of my front seats were leaning back and the radio station was changed. It seems like they took their break in my car.

Vanessa did a great job and really made sure I was satisfied with my visit. I would be happy to conduct business with her again.
However l, once I received my vehicle back, for the first time ever, my check engine light came on within 5 miles of driving. I returned and the problem was taken care of, however it didn’t leave the best impression on me either.
Great service advisor experience, bad service experience.
