Christopher, Was very professional and polite. I appreciate The fact that he took the time and went an extra mile to order me my additional key for my car. Since I had purchased my vehicle back in December of 2023. I've been calling several times for it, Everyone just would brush me off or so it seemed like it. Some of the employees there should take consideration on how to treat customers after purchasing an expensive item from this dealership. However I highly appreciate Christopher, for being very respectful and courteous. I felt that he understood my concern about my second key to my vehicle and was able to assist me it took the time to walk me over to another, nice gentleman in the parts department and was able to order my key.
