I’m sorry to have to say this but I was told that the tire rotation was going to be done to my car and when I ask if it was done I was told yes. I don’t know if the service advisor didn’t know but it wasn’t done I know because my car has 19k miles and the front tires haven’t been rotated ever and there showing signs of wear.
