I had an unusual occurrence happen with my brand new Lexus. I was feeling unsure of what to do so I called the service center. They were very helpful and got me into the shop immediately. A loaner car was ready for me so I could go on to work. They communicated with me during the day and all was resolved by the time I picked up my car after my work. I originally made an appointment for April 23 to have my tires switched to summer tires. When I arrived, there was no record of my appointment and my tires had not been delivered to your N Nevada location. I made another appointment to come back on April 25. The truth is, it did not cause major disruption to my day but while your associate was pleasant and polite, there was no acknowledgement of nor apology for the inconvenience caused for me, the customer. This really surprised me because I have traditionally experienced exceptional customer service with Lexus. I hope this was an anomaly because it's below what I think of as normal for Lexus.
