Mr.Damon Lee is probably the best person I have ever dealt with in customer service. He is a real asset to your company. He was honest, transparent, extremely responsive and made me feel like I was the only customer he had to deal with. My wife's car engine needed to be replaced he spoke with empathy and reassured me he would help and downright by me. He exceeded all expectations I had and eased every concern I had. I honestly think that world needs to take a page out of this man's book on how to treat people. I have shared my experience that I have had with just about anyone that would listen. I cannot express how grateful I am to this man. I picked up my car and saw him first hand interact with another customer so witnesses first hand his benevolent ways. This is the second time that they turned off my lights from auto lights, and I drove on the highway in the dark, not knowing my lights were off because they turned it off and then didn’t turn on again that is dangerous for me and my family.

The front desk guy was wonderful and you really need to staff that area better. He was up there alone while the other guy was off. I came up to check on my vehicle and was waiting in line and the other guy took the woman who came in after I was standing there. I was not aware it would take over an hour for an oil change. I was given the opportunity to add more things on that I didn’t want. There is NO WAY IN HELL I’m paying 70 for a cabin filter. I honestly have received such bad service from here the last three times I have been in, so I’m out. I called to complain and felt like I was being appeased to instead of heard. Don’t continually tell me I’m right. Fix your system. Be honest about wait times. And don’t charge me an arm and a leg and a kidney for a service that doesn’t warrant it. Now that my lien is over and I own the car fully, I’ll be bringing my service elsewhere, maybe even a different dealership. I am a single mom and I felt robbed today of not only my time but also money that I work too hard for.
