Thomas was very courteous and friendly, despite its being a busy time at the service center. He did the required paperwork, gave me an estimate of the time the repairs would take, and called me when they were completed.

I was told had leak by other dealership that had coolant leak they could not fix. I cancelled planned vaca as heat wave and very long car ride.
Took in was told no leak. Contact other dealer, they confirm definite leak. Call you again, was told 2-3x come down here again and point out the leak to him myself. Told him he rude and hung up on him

Damon was great. He explained what was done and why the other recall could not be handled at this time. Cameron was extremely accommodating in reviewing my vehicles dashboard once again. I will say I was disappointed in the general manager decision to have his meeting before Cameron could help me. He was aware I had been waiting from 8:39 when I inquired if Cameron was due in shortly. He said yes at 9 but it was about 9:40 after the meeting that Cameron was available for my 10 minute or so review.

Customer service was absolutely terrible waited for 3 hours for them to tell us the alignment could not be done because the tire size was different. I sat in that dirty **** waiting are the entire time for them to tell me the seat belt buckles something I already I taken care of was done. Could not have been a worse experience will not under any circumstances come back to that dealership. If it was between getting raped with a pineapple everyday for the rest of my life or setting one foot inside that fuckin dealership I would gladly bend over and hope to God the pineapple is quick.
