I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I explained the issue I was having, and what I wanted them to do, and they ignored it. They did nothing to fix my car except give me an oil change I did not ask for.

Michael is awesome. Always keeps me well informed of the status of my car and makes the appointments as easy as possible.

Its nlt finished yet I haven't gotten a call about an update dropped of Saturday afternoon

Michael’s service was completely fine. He answered all of my questions and communicated timely with me. The issue is the outrageous amount for the quote that was given to me by your company. Doing my research beforehand as well as getting information from someone who has 30+ years in the automotive service industry at dealerships, I knew what to expect the cost to be. Your quote came in double the price. I was able to find another mechanic in 5 minutes that gave me a quote within the price range I expected it to be. Then I knew I had to pay the $168 diagnostic fee but thanks for charging me another $13 on top of that for a break light. I was also in the week before regarding the white paint coming off my car that is now under warranty. When I made the appointment I was told pictures would be taken. They were not. Someone came outside to look at my car, wrote it up and said someone from the body shop would be contacting me to come back to take pictures. I’m not sure why pictures couldn’t have been taken the two times I have been in these past two weeks. I understand that this process can take awhile but at this time I am sure nothing has been even sent into Hyundai since no pictures have been taken. It’s not a good look for all of these Hyundai cars out on the roads that I see with huge spots of white paint missing.

Michael is an asset to your company. I work in customer service and truly puts his customers first. He deserves to be compensated for his professional. Thank you

The lot was plowed, enough parking spots for service department. Greeted upon entry with employees smiling and a good morning! The service dept waiting/ sitting area was very clean. I was notified via text of my car service report. Then notified by service dept employee my car was ready to go. I work in healthcare and just worked the WEEKEND SNOWSTORM . Hello, Damon got my problem fixed, I was very pleased with the effort Damon put in to repairing my bad wheel alignment from other garage. The results of hyundai team were great!!

They went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my Apple. Car Play installed.

I bring my vehicle in for service the service guy was really really nice they did the complete job that I asked to be done they're doing a lot better
