Ive never had a worse car or worse mechanics in my life. If your not paying out of pocket and trying to go through your warrenty your screwed. So I brought my car in because the air pushing out of the vents even if the air is off and vents are shut is making me and my son sick. The first time I brought it in they changed the blower motor and wiped near the filter down with ozuim. All that did was make this toxic air blow in my face even harder plus I have a chemical sensitivity so it was triple bad. I took the filter out put my boroscope up and from the fresh air intake to the vents is completely coated with muck, leaves, something tan and brown. There was no clean spot. So I took pictures and brought it back in they said we can ozone it for $100. I said no I cant do that because I have chemical sensitivity. They came back in the waiting room saying we dont see anything. I had to go back and use their boroscope camera to show them. Then they said they will take apart the dash and clean the vents. I left my car there called the next day to see if it's done and they said we took apart the cowl and sprayed everything with ozuim but we recommended ozone for $100 you would just have to leave your car here over night again. What do you mean sprayed ozuim? I have a chemical sensitivity. I already told them that when I called after the first time then when I brought it back. So you guys didnt take dash apart and clean my vents. No. So I call hyundai customer assistant who does a conference call with hyundai seekonk. On a recorded line, Mike agreed to clean my vents since they sprayed chemicals in there after I already asked them not to because it makes me sick and I would pick up car tomorrow. Next day I call and they say they didnt do anything to the car and never agreed to clean the vents. So hyundai consumer assistant calls them back mike gives the call to morteza hyundai consumer says you guys told us yesterday you would clean her vents out Morteza completely denied it even though its on a recorded line and its in their computer and said come pick up the car and bring it somewhere else we dont want your business your being combative and hung up on hyundai consumer assistance and myself. So now I have to go pick up a car thats making me sick after they sprayed chemicals in there that is going to make me sicker. I was already about to pass out driving my car now I probably will. But I have no other vehicle. So me and my son are screwed im a single mother I have no other vehicle

Sorry to say, I am not happy about the situation regarding the transmission. However, Mike was very supportive and very helpful.
