I dropped my car off at 8 for a 9:30 appointment and I left the car there all day to be looked at. The problem I was feeling was the car jolting back when shifting as I tried to explain that to the service advisor he kept stating the issue was trying to duplicate the problem. At 3 when I called for an update no one was available so after 3 more calls and a voicemail I was told there was no update because they were driving it around all day to try and duplicate the problem. I have the Hyundai app and noticed all day my car hadn’t moved or the doors were never unlocked until they called with the update suddenly the car was moving. I was told there was no problem and it’s a baby so it’s still under warranty. When I had the car picked up 3 miles were put on it even though I was told it was being driven all day to find the problem.

Damn made sure I was aware of what needed to be done, let me make my own decision and set it up. He also made arrangements for me to get home and return when it became apparent that the repairs couldn’t be completed until the next day.
He called me the next day as soon as the repair was completed. I returned his call but talked with someone else and picked up my car. Damon hadn’t heard from me and didn’t know the transaction had been completed, so he called me later to find out what happened. He was pleased to know I got my car back.

Some people dont know to talk in the service departments. Really want things there way. Money extraction process. Too many li. You can clearly the service advisor is lieing. I was there at 8am and was told it will take 1hour 30 mins. At 945am i was told that the issues is on rear breKa. 11 am i was told that vechile is ready 11 30 they tell me there is new isshes.will take half and hour at 1230 i finally get my vechile.
Online website services priE was 490$ now when i go in advisor said its going tobe $800. I asked for discount one advior said i can give you 100$ discount but the other advisor comes in and said we can use the hyundai coupon of 50$ recipt provided was manual wntry. No informatjon on parts. Everything in recipt was manual entry. Totally unhappy with the service i was offered. I was there regular customer.
