Quality of service on the car was great, communication was not. If you’re going to use an electronic system to automate communication then actually use it or go back to calling with updates. I had to call or go inside to get updates which likely made the service appointment take longer than it needed to. Again, I have no complains about the work done on my car, but the systems/procedures for communicating during appointments needs improvement.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I saw that they took my car in right away. I was told it took about an hour to take care of the car. I am the one who went to the desk asking how much longer. The paperwork was found on a computer keyboard. I was told that the person at that keyboard had been at lunch for the past hour. This is unacceptable.
Also, when I was told that a part needed to be ordered, I asked if it was covered by the warranty. Service desk rep immediately said no. When the part came in, I asked them to check the warranty. It was covered. Then they tried to charge me for the oil change. I again reminded them about the warranty. Service desk personnel should be checking customer warranties prior to checking them out.
I will not be going back. My car is only 2 years old.
