Very friendly and helped me right away! I had previously called First Hyundai, and their service Department didn’t offer to help me at all, they just wanted to make an appointment 2 weeks out. You service Department had me bring my car right in fixed my trunk to get it to close until I could schedule my appointment to get the recall fixed on my trunk.

Damon Lee did great. My dissatisfaction was with the overbooked service appointments that took much longer than expected to complete. What is the point of scheduling a service appointment when the car isn't even taken in for 1 hours and 20 min after the scheduled appointment.

I don’t feel confident that the shifting from lower gears (2 to 3) was examined.
I was displeased to find a sticker with mileage on my windshield! ACK!
Finally, there was debris from the mechanic and he didn’t lock the car door. The former is really irritating. Why are paper car mats being used? Or simply vacuum and wipe the drivers car mat with a clean cloth.

The Navigation System in that model needs to be updated. It is showing that Navigation is unavailable which makes no sense at all considering that it was working a week ago.

I came in for an oil change. The tech said, tire rotation and oil change? I repeated, no an oil change.
He then said the tire rotation is part of the maintenance. He did not indicate there was an extra charge, leading me to believe it was a complimentary service.
When the car was ready and he told me the amount of $103. I questioned it because my last oil change was not that much. He replied, "everything is going up in price."
After leaving, I noted that I was charged for the tire rotation which I did not request.
I called and spoke to a manager. In the end he offered a car wash not a refund. I reiterated my call was not to obtain free services but to ensure charges are clearly explained so other customers to do not have the same experience. This has happened twice now at this location.

My car has been there since 4/27- blown engine- under warranty- took several weeks to receive approval for the repair with very few updates- no updates at all if I don’t make the call- first 4 weeks were crickets- finally reached out to the manager and got a loaner- I had to rent cars a couple of different times before that. I still don’t have my car ????????♀️
