I owned 2 different Mercedes Benz SUVs starting at age 26. They always treated me like a kid who shouldn't be driving their vehicles. Their service department was deplorable and they never had loaners to borrow. Two years ago I switched to Lexus. Beyond amazing service. I've had Nicholas a few times and he is so kind and professional. They are happy to give you a loaner anytime you need it. They are always waiting with a smile as soon as you pull into the service bay. The service at the Omaha dealership alone will keep me a Lexus customer.
