Jessie is great but I was not pleased with the condition of my car after the service. There was grease inside the car on the door, dash , arm rest, and seats. The car was washed but not dried fully. The interior was dirtier than when I brought it in. I was not aware that I needed to bring in a piece of the key for the second key so I anticipate that will mean another trip to Omaha from Fremont. I have always been impressed with your service department but today’s experience did not meet expectation.

He always takes the time to go over items on the invoice and the recommendations for items that either need immediate attention or should be on my radar for near future updates or repairs. Even though I drive 4 hours each way for service appointments, I always leave the dealership feeling it he drive has been worth it.
