I brought the car I bought there a little over 2 months ago for an oil change and they tried to convince me to spend $932 on cleaning filters etc. I later find out from our salesmen that those are normally done at 50,000 miles for Toyotas. Mine has 34,000. I completely feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I wonder if my husband had dropped it off if they would have told him the same thing.

I used to get a sheet showing if my brakes and fluids all checked good or needed attention! Have you quit doing that?? I haven’t gotten one in quite awhile!?! Always good to know! My last trip was in steep mountains so brakes got a workout plus 5,400 miles in 9 days!! I like to know how the car is!!?? I miss the inspection sheet!!
